“We have girl scout cookies at home” Full recipe: -Blend 1 cup oats, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, and 1/4 tsp salt -Add 1/3 cup melted Hu Crunchy Mint Dark Chocolate, 4 tsp melted coconut oil, 1/2 tsp peppermint extract, and 3 dates – blend -Place dough in between two sheets of parchment paper and flatten with a rolling pin; use a 2-inch round cup to cut dough into cookie shape; freeze -Take out frozen cookies and dip into the excess melted Hu chocolate; freeze for 10 minutes and enjoy!
